Business hours are the hours of the day in which X4Signs, is open for business. Customer Service & Pick Up hours, are available within this time.

Our
Cutoff time

X4Signs turnarounds are estimates times, not a warranty. Please see the following chart for reference.

Take into Consideration that:
  • All the turnaround times are from Monday - Friday, excluding Weekends & Federal Holidays.
  • Turnaround times begin once your file is uploaded & send to print.
  • If your file(s) have any type of issue the order will be placed on hold & the turnaround time will begin after you re-upload the corrected file(s).
  • If you request a design proof, the turnaround time will begin right after you approve the design proof.
  • All turnaround times are estimated times. They are not guaranteed. If you order requires quality assurance, reprint may take extra time to be ready for pick up or shipped.
  • Some finishing options require extra time. You will be notified on our website´s product page (while you´re creating the order)
  • Saturdays does not count as production days.
  • Saturdays UPS does not pick up packages for shipping.
Same day Orders

1. Shipped Orders: If an order is placed and the file is uploaded on a business day BEFORE the CUTOFF TIME, then it will be shipped the same day. If there is a problem with the file, and the correct file is not uploaded before the cutoff time, we won't be able to ship it the same day.

2. Store Pick up: If an order placed and file is uploaded on a business day BEFORE the CUTOFF TIME, then it will be available for pick up on the same day from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm PST (Monday - Friday).  If there is a problem with the file, and the correct file is not uploaded before the cutoff time, we won't be able to pick it up the same day.
