Turnaround Times:

• All turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees. We strive to meet or exceed the estimated day and time, but unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.
• The cutoff time for same-day orders is 11:00 AM PST. Orders placed by this time are estimated to be ready by 5:00 PM PST.
• For all other turnaround options, orders must be placed by 4:00 PM PST for that day to count towards the expected completion date. These orders are estimated to be ready between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM PST.
• Completion times indicate when orders are ready for shipping or pickup, depending on the option selected at checkout. Shipping time is additional to the turnaround time.

Shipping and Pricing:

• Shipping prices are not negotiable, as they are determined by the shipping company.
• Turnaround and shipping services are available Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays.

Order Processing:

• The processing time for an order begins once it is fully paid and any required files are free of issues. If payment is pending or files have issues, the order will be on hold until resolved.

Rush and Rush Express Services:

• Rush Orders: Selecting the fastest available turnaround for a product, such as same-day service when next-day is also available, is considered a Rush order.
• Rush Express Orders: For even faster service than Rush, customers must call us to confirm feasibility. For example, if an order is needed the same day but placed after 11:00 AM, or if an earlier pickup time is required, Rush Express may be an option. This service incurs an additional fee on top of the Rush cost.

Vinyl Banners Handling:

• When handling vinyl banners, please consider the following guidelines:
  • Banners with dimensions equal to or less than 5 feet on their shortest side will be shipped rolled in 6" corrugated cardboard boxes.
  • Banners with dimensions greater than 5 feet on their shortest side will be carefully folded and shipped in square boxes.
