When considering the ideal film for a vehicle wrap, the type of vehicle plays a crucial role, particularly in terms of its surface curvature. The degree of curvature, including deep channels, rivets, and intricate sections like bumpers and door handles, makes cast vinyl the preferred choice. However, for flat surfaces or areas with simple to moderate curves, opting for calendered vinyl offers a cost-effective solution.

Vehicles with 'simple curves,' such as trucks, buses, and vans, are well-suited for calendered vinyl applications. Notably, the calendered film from reputable manufacturer 3M guarantees the quality and reliability associated with the brand. Additionally, it boasts a remarkable bubble-free technology, simplifying the installation process for a seamless and professional finish.

What is a cut file?

A cut file is a unique kind of file that guides cutting machines with clear lines. Unlike regular image files that are full of colors and details, a cut file shows just the border of a design, marking where the machine will trim around your design. It should be a single-page PDF with vector graphics. Additionally, we can accept a black silhouette in PNG format for simpler designs.
