When it comes to outdoor applications, wind can be a significant factor that demands careful consideration.
Perhaps you haven't witnessed it firsthand, but we've heard numerous tales of banners being torn, frayed, or blown away due to inexperience or lack of knowledge.
To counter this issue, one effective solution is opting for a perforated banner. These banners resemble mesh up close but offer vibrant colors and beautifully printed graphics when viewed from a distance, thanks to tiny holes allowing air to flow through.
Perforated banners find common use on fences, construction sites, at festivals, concerts, expos, and other outdoor events. Surprisingly versatile, they sometimes make appearances indoors as well. Banners exceeding 96 inches (8 ft) in width and height may require an extra day for production.
For banners surpassing our maximum print size in one panel, we'll print them in multiple panels and expertly join them together. While this process may take 2-3 extra days, it's generally unnecessary, yet it's worth considering for your planning.
The banners are made from 10 oz Mesh Banner.
70/30 means that 30% of the banner is actually holed; 70% is printed.
The largest textile banner we can print for you would be 120’’ x 150’.
But we can attach banners if you need a bigger size.
Our banners are printed in full-color graphics at 720x720 resolution
If you are ordering hems or grommets in your banner you need to keep in mind the sewing around it we recommend to leave a margin of 1 inch in all edges of the banner design to prevent the sewing from cross paths with important text or elements in your design.
Your design should fit the size of the print you ordered with no additional bleed but you need a margin of 1 inch all around the banner for finishing purposes. The margin is very similar to the previous mentioned but in this case the sewing depends on what size of pocket you chose, from 2 - 4 inches plus an extra inch for the sewing from the end of the design.
• Color Mode: CMYK (We do not print RGB, 5th, Spot or PANTONE)
• DPI: 72 - 150 (recommended for most jobs)
*If your design contains small elements or letters similar to a business card design we recommend 300 dpi. BUT WE DON’T recommend you to make all of your graphics at 300 dpi when it is not needed, since that will slow down your upload, your program and in general the production of your job.
For printing files, you can upload: JPG, JPEG, TIFF or single page flatten PDF.
