When you order letters from the seller , you choose a font and a height. The height you choose is based on how tall the uppercase letter "A" is in that font. But not all letters are the same height. Some fonts have uppercase or lowercase letters that are shorter or taller than the letter "A". To make your letters look good together, they usually adjust their size according to the font you choose. This means that some of your letters may be bigger or smaller than the height you ordered. If you order only lowercase letters, the majority of sellers still use the uppercase "A" as a reference. This will make most of your letters smaller than the height you ordered.
